  • Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Authentication and database services. Your account data and agreement information are stored using Supabase's infrastructure in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic: AI document generation. Your agreement inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate documents. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
  • Agreement Data: Retained for as long as your account is active so you can access your generated documents.
  • Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
  • Log Data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

After account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Encryption of data at rest
  • Regular security assessments
  • Access controls and authentication requirements

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
